Our Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We will not cancel an order simply because of a “change of mind”. We do not offer refunds if there isn't a valid reason (case by case basis) for a refund to be given. 

Package Returns
If a package is returned to sender (us), due to an incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable address, the buyer will have the option to have the package resent and pay an additional shipping fee, or receive a refund minus all shipping costs. We will not refund shipping costs under any circumstances when an order is sent back to us. 

Returns/Exchanges
Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our cosmetic items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. Please also note, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are not allowed to accept any returns and exchanges.

Fraudulent Orders
Any orders marked as "high risk of fraud" will be automatically cancelled, unless the buyer verifies they made the order. This is to protect our company and the buyer.

 

Incorrect/Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or item(s) are missing, please contact us immediately by email at barbsbeautyshop03@gmail.com with picture proof & we will resolve the issue!

Barbs Beauty Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order ships, it is OUT OF OUR HANDS. Please contact your local post office immediately for all updates regarding your package.

Other

Please refrain from using our products if you have an allergy to tree nuts, glitter, and/or sensitive skin, as we are not responsible for any allergic reactions. Always do a skin patch test to see if you have any allergic reactions to our products.

Please be sure to check all descriptions for ingredients in each product, as it varies.
